Video 2 – Shifting Gears in Your Body

In this session we look at the properties of your nervous system that allow you to alter energy levels and resource use. You’ll see in more detail how your nervous system creates very real physical changes that we eventually sense as bodily feelings. It used to be assumed that this part of our biology was mostly automatic, although now we know that we have much more control over it than was once thought.
