Video 2 – Helpful and Unhelpful Body Predictions

In video two we look at more examples of when predictions and ‘prediction errors’ are made by our brain and body. Overall this “trail and error” approach is helpful for us, although in some cases problems arise when errors in predictions aren’t corrected.
