Video 1 – Keeping an Even Keel Within a Changing World

In the first video of week 4, we start to look at how our bodies stay stable as the world around us is changing. How does your body cope with fluctuations in temperature, air pressure and light levels – not to mention the changing demands from people we interact with or from changing workloads? Within this fluctuating terrain the trillions of cells in your body somehow manage to stay relatively constant in their structure and their function.
