Starting Sat 6th November – Inner Sense Programme

Please work your way through each video at your own pace. It’s fine to watch one video per day or all of the videos in one day.

The last video of each week is followed by a link to self-reflection questions in the form of a ‘Quiz’. Rest assured that you are not being tested on the answers to the questions. They are a simply a chance for you to reflect on the relevance that the exercises and programme content may have to your day-to-day life.

Course Content

Week 1 - Stability Through Change
Week 2 - A Gateway For Change - Interoception
Week 3 - Change is Possible - Neuroplasticity
Week 4 - The Biology of Change and Communication
Week 5 - Deliberate Change - Predictive Processing
Week 6 - Consistent Change- Building New Healthy Patterns
Week 7 – Changing the meaning – Metacognition
Week 8 – Integrating Change in Life

Inner Sense Exercise Menu

(This menu stays the same for the whole 8-week programme)
