Connecting To The Earth

We’re looking for volunteers to help us develop and pilot the Inner Sense program whilst training their own sense of interoception. Please register your interest by emailing Paige Leggett at: hello@yourinnersense.co.uk

I took earthing much more seriously after discovering the work of The Earthing Institute. It was set up to help us understand how connecting with earth affects our health.

The Director of the institute, Dr Gaétan Chevalier works at the University California. His experiments have been published in peer-reviewed journals.  You can find his work with research from other scientists on The Earthing Institute site.

Check before you connect!

Some specialists would tell you not to earth yourself in an electrically ‘artificial’ environment. They say that fields of energy from electrical equipment create what has been dubbed ‘electro-smog’. They warn that connecting to the earth around electro-smog can be detrimental to health.

We are surronded by mobile phones, Wi-Fi routers, and high-voltage power cables. So, should we be earthing ourselves all the time or not?

I plan to publish a detailed article on the pros and cons of grounding around man-made EMFs during 2020.  Please sign up to my newsletter to be told when it goes live.

In the meantime, you can read about the experience of reconnecting to the earth from the author of EMF Practical Guide, Lloyd Burrel. Lloyd began to feel ill whenever he was near electromagnetic devices in his home and workplace.  He has interviewed hundreds of people on the subject of man-made EMFs.
