At no point do you get bored by the content, and at no point do you feel like putting it down! A book which pulls together information from across the medical spectrum this book is a great example of how we should look at healthcare. If you want information in a format that's appealing a language that's understandable and examples that clarify the most complex of medical ideas, this is the book for you. But the greatest thing about this book is its underlying message, health is achievable using the most basic tools / concepts, no need for crazy diets, random tech gizmos, etc.

This book is packed with so much useful information that is easy to action. It really opened my eyes to some of the many factors that can impact our health that the mainstream doesn't talk about. Since implementing just a couple I am feeling awesome. Highly recommended for anyone looking to focus on themselves and improve their health.
